At the Muirhead Outreach Project we believe in getting the foundation right. Our team and families will get to know each other as they spend 8 weeks together learning about:

· Communication

· Emotions

· Routines that work

· De-escalation

· Building confidence and self-esteem (in parent and child)

We are the only local charity to work with the whole family.

After one to one work, attending our groups is a great way for individuals to practice their skills, have a good time and gain new experiences.
