Dave's story

The Dads (NEDS - North Essex Dads of SEN children) are back for another year of fundraising.

Last year we raised an amazing £1300 for Lexden Springs SEN School in Colchester.

This year we would like to smash that, we are raising for Team Bonnie, a nearly 8 year old girl from Feering who has severe brain damage which has led to multiple diagnosis including cerebral palsy, dysphagia (lack of a safe swallow) and epilepsy.

We will be doing a hike up Cader Idris, the second highest peak in Wales, come rain or shine.

This year is the dads most popular trip with 11 dad's going, including myself who is Bonnie's dad and also an above knee amputee.

All donations welcome, big or small, they will all go towards covering the ongoing costs for specialist equipment and therapies
