Neetal 's fundraiser for Sense International

Druk Path Bhutan Trek · 28 November 2024
As I celebrate turning 40, I can’t help but reflect on how grateful I am to have such incredible people in my life.
To mark this milestone, I’ve decided to embark on a meaningful journey: a charity trek through the Kingdom of Bhutan. This adventure is not just a personal challenge but a way for me to give back to causes that are close to my heart.
Sense International is the only international non-governmental organisation dedicated to supporting people with deafblindness and their families around the world.
They ensure that people with deafblindness can access education, healthcare and the means to earn a living, so they can thrive and live life to their full potential. They work in eight countries: Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Peru and Romania.
Sense International identify children with deafblindness as early as possible in life so that, with the right support, they are able to thrive. They improve access to quality education and vocational training so that children and young people with deafblindness can become independent, establish a livelihood, and meet their full potential.
Together we can build a brighter future for people with deafblindness. Together we can ensure no one is left behind.
