Story

As a child i watched the London Marathon on TV, the anthem to the program whilst showing all the people running is still etched in my memories and still when i hear that tune i see thousands of people running even at 44 years old. I've run 3 marathons before (Bergen City Marathon) but its been a dream to run London and now SeeAbility have given me the chance to fulfil that dream I'm so excited to run this iconic marathon and you'll see all my training runs below.

Please donate to this wonderful charity as they have given me the chance to do what has been a childhood dream of mine so im trying to raise as much as i can for them.

Remember that if the London Marathon doesnt seem enough I will be also Running Bergen City Marathon 6 days after London.

SeeAbility specialises in supporting people who have learning disabilities or autism, who may also have sight loss. Through our support, people live ambitious lives and achieve things they never thought possible, whether that's forming more friendships and relationships, enjoying new experiences and activities or finding employment.

The charity encourages people with disabilities to challenge what they expect from life, from themselves and from wider society.

The people they support overcome huge barriers to achieve exciting new things every day - they challenge us all to think about what’s possible and to rethink disability.
