For anyone who knows me…..you will know this is well out of my comfort zone.

A few months ago I volunteered at the Hospice for a day and to say I was blown away with the support they give was an understatement……so I want to help in any way I can and as I love a challenge I’ve been asked to do a bit of dancing…even though I’ve only ever dad danced before 🤣

To celebrate Pendleside's 35th anniversary I am taking part in 'Pendleside Does Strictly' to raise funds for Pendleside Hospice, who are aiming to raise £20,000 in sponsorship to fund nursing care.

'Pendleside Does Strictly' will follow a similar format to the popular BBC One program ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ and see 10 novice dancers learn two dances to perform on the night with their professional partner. A panel of 4 judges will score each dance, before a dance off between the top two couples to decide the overall winner.
