Both Nicky and I have felt the impact of dementia in our families and know how important respite is for those living with dementia, and those caring for loved ones. Nicky is giving her time each week to this fantastic Memory Club, so I think it's fair I do my bit by getting cold, wet, and muddy.

The Viables Memory Club is a weekly facility which provides people with dementia the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities that encourage and engage thought processes and activate physical movement for greater health and wellbeing. It offers carers and families a little respite when their loved one uses the service and creates a routine for members to follow, adding consistency and stability.

And the best part? Raising £500 will unlock match funding from work, and £1000 will have a huge impact on the Club. Whatever you can spare is very much appreciated.
