In January 2025, I received the life-altering news that I was diagnosed with Stage 1 Prostate Cancer. After further tests, it turned out to be Stage 2, which meant I needed treatment. The best option was to have my prostate removed, and on August 14th, I underwent surgery. Thankfully, the operation was successful, and I was declared cancer-free!

However, life threw another challenge my way when I had an unrelated kidney issue that required me to have my right kidney removed on October 23rd. I'm happy to share that I'm now fully recovered from both surgeries and am on a journey to regain my fitness.

To keep myself motivated and raise awareness about Prostate Cancer, I've decided to take on a challenge: I'll be competing in an event each month throughout 2026! My goal is not only to inspire others but also to raise funds for Prostate Cancer UK. I'll be sharing updates on my social media each month about the events I'm participating in and how they go.
