People with neurological conditions have issues relating to mobility, balance, pain, communication and isolation. Most of these conditions are incurable, some are progressive. Exercise is easier and more effective in warm water - for some it is the only way they can exercise and their Mental Wellbeing is paramount. The interaction with others always augurs well too. Bolton One provide us with a HYDROTHERAPY pool each week, we need to constantly pay for the use, a pool attendant and the Physiotherapist. PLEASE HELP US HELP YOU. As a Registered Charity (CIO 1178772) we aim to help people in and around The North West. We are based in Bolton where HYDROTHERAPY is used & ideal. We are helped and guided with the professional work of our resident Physiotherapist.

Furthermore, our gentle, casual ‘dry’ exercise every Monday (apart from school holidays) from 11am ~ 12pm at Bolton Arena, Horwich.
