Hello Everyone,

I've volunteered for a three month coaching trip to Livingstone, Zambia where I'll be working for the wonderful Play it Forward charity that uses football as a way of enhancing young lives in the region.

My main aim is to work with local coaches to improve delivery of their football coaching sessions, assist with organising matches and tournaments and act as an ongoing mentor for their future development.

As such, I'll be drawing upon my previous experience of delivering coach education for Arsenal Football Club in Ethiopia and my many years as a PE teacher in the UK and overseas.

I'm paying for my flight and expenses with the charity kindly providing accommodation during my stay. That means that any donations you make will go straight to those who need it - thank you!!
