My mum (Joan) was a life long volunteer for the RNLI, she'd been raising money for Beaumaris RNLI for over 20 years. Each year I do the Tower Run at the Heron Tower, Bishopsgate, 58 floors of nauseating pain. But it's worth it to make Joan proud and raise money for a cause dear to her heart and to mine.
