I've joined the team fundraising for Cardiff Half Marathon on 5th October 2025 for The Parish Trust - an amazing charity based near Caerphilly, Wales, which serves all sorts of people in the local community - social clubs, classes, food bank, and so much more.

The running fundraising team includes Megan, who runs The Parish Trust Baby Bank, has been aiming to run 35K during her 35th year. Gareth is also keen runner amd well connected with the Parish Trust. And then there's myself, a local farmer. Together we're excited to achieve supporting our local community, and getting some more running miles under our belts!
