From 27 September - 3 October, I'm running 200km in the Dolomites with TRIBE Freedom Foundation to help end modern slavery and support its survivors.

This will be the fifth consecutive Run For Love I'll have been a part of. Each one has provided an incredible opportunity to push myself to the limit while supporting a brilliant cause. I'll be doing my usual thing of running in silly costumes and doing lots of bake sales up until September. Please support if you are able to!

Over 50 million people are living in modern slavery worldwide with an estimated 122,000 people exploited and trafficked within the UK. That's more people living in slavery than ever before, both in the UK and globally.
