Our charity of the year for 2024 is Alzheimer's Research UK the UKs leading dementia research charity.

Following our crippling efforts to conquer the 24 hour 3 peaks challenge last year, we are embarking on another epic challenge, likely to cause more pain, with rough sleeping by the river and carrying all our belongings in our canoe.

Starting in Abingdon and finishing in Henley we are doing this to support World Alzheimer's Month and raise money to help find a cure for dementia.

Like many, we have lost family and friends to this awful disease and the research they do has already gone a long way to supporting both existing and future sufferers of these awful diseases.
