Next year, I'll be taking on the London Marathon in support of Cynon Valley PALs.

I'm running to give something back to a charity that has made such a positive difference to our family. My six-year-old daughter, Alice, has autism and ADHD, and Cynon Valley PALs has given us opportunities to enjoy family days out in welcoming, understanding environments where she can simply be herself.

From visits to Vertigo, Dragons Den, ,Lido, Brecon Mountain Railway, Colliers and Folly Farm these experiences have created wonderful memories for all of us—including Alice's little sister, Bonnie.

Just as importantly, the charity has connected us with other families who understand our journey. Being able to share experiences, talk about school, celebrate progress and support one another has been invaluable.

I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunities Cynon Valley PALs has provider for us all year round, and now it's my turn to give something back. Every donation, big or small, will help them continue providing these amazing opportunities for families like ours.
