My friend Ade Langworthy has MND. 2 years ago Ade and a group of his friends undertook the Tour De Moor with St Lukes Hospice. It was emotional as we crossed the finish line and Ade was determined to pedal the whole 28km route without any help. Last year he did 300km in March, for MND. This year he's accepted the challenge of the 28km Tour De Moor again, but this year he needs to pedal a trike. A group of friends (including myself) will once again complete the course with Ade and together we'll complete it again. Ade is an inspiration and doesn't let his condition get in the way of life. There'll be tears over the finish line once again.
