On July 22nd of 2024, My Sister In law, Lisa sadly passed away peacefully in the Sue Ryder Hospice in Cheltenham, after battling Cancer for two and a half years. The last message i recieved from Lisa included praise for my "determination" in my charity work which each time always reaches new heights, so for Lisa this challenge will be one high flying adventure. Not only a total change of lifestyle to become mentally and physically fit but to face my fear head on of heights. In April of 2025 I will be Skydiving and fundraising for the Sue Ryder Foundation, as a thank you for the care provided to Lisa and to remind ourselves that nothing is more important than family.
