Neil Wallace is raising money for Crossroads Care Ribble Valley

Walking the Cape Wrath Trail · 7 September 2025

We are a not-for-profit Charity (a Charitable Incorporated Organisation) with a reputation for excellence in Care that has been supporting local people and their families for more than 35 years.

Story

Ribble Valley Crossroads Care (“Crossroads”) has an outstanding reputation in the Ribble Valley area for providing the full range of care services to the many people who want to live in their own homes for as long as possible, enjoying a full quality of life. This is ‘Domiciliary Care’ and is often the preferred alternative to a care home for those who are able to safely remain at home. Aside from providing direct care Crossroads also provide support to the carers providing them relief from the essential work which they do, and they support other regular community events.

The 2024 budget has had a significant impact on charities such as Crossroads. On 7 September I will start the 230 miles of the Cape Wrath Trail and hopefully you will be able to sponsor me and help maintain and promote the excellent work that Crossroads undertake in the local community. Don’t forget if you are a tax payer to gift aid the donation.
