We’re raising vital funds for Alder Hey Children’s Hospital with two very special events.

🚴‍♂️ Bike Ride (SAL & SHIPON) – 30th August 2026

Our owner, Sal, is taking on an incredible 89-mile charity bike ride, starting at Babar Elephant in Morecambe and visiting our restaurants along the way before finishing back home in Oldham. Every mile will help raise money for the amazing children and families supported by Alder Hey.

❤️ Charity Night – 18th September at Nellie the Elephant, Much Hoole

Join us for an unforgettable evening featuring a three-course meal, live entertainment from talented 13-year-old Taylor Goode, a charity raffle and live auction.

Every penny of profit from the evening will be donated directly to Alder Hey Children’s Hospital — we won’t take a penny for costs or expenses.

We’d also love support from local businesses and our wonderful community. Donations of gifts, vouchers, experiences, meals, holidays or services for our raffle and auction would be hugely appreciated.
