Seeing the wonderful grassroots work Women for Refuge Women do has inspired me to fundraise for them, so I'll be running the Chester marathon in October (wish me luck) hoping to raise a bit of money to support W4RW activities and campaigns - donations any amount are hugely appreciated! Love, V

-----Women for Refugee Women is a small charity which supports women who are seeking refuge from persecution, including rape and other torture, to rebuild their lives and communicate their own needs and stories. We work in three main ways: to support and empower women seeking asylum; to communicate with wide audiences by telling the stories of refugee women through the media, events and arts projects; and to inform policy makers and politicians about how to build a fairer asylum process.
