The 2025 Dumball Rally saw a final band of intrepid fundraisers taking a fleet of old bangers to Majorca - in full fancy dress - covering over 4000km in 7 days (see gallery for the route). The Dumball has long been a one of a kind endurance fundraiser that aims to make a difference by supporting The Teenage Cancer Trust incredible impact on the journeys of teenagers facing this awful disease.
In this final Dumball, Su, Matt and Suz were honoured to be driving in memory of Adam Horn and raise funds to join in the effort to support young people with cancer.
Every day, seven young people aged 13-24 hear the words you have cancer. Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to providing the specialised nursing care and support they need to get through it. Teenage Cancer Trust funds specialist nurses, youth support teams and hospital units within the NHS to provide the very best care and support during treatment and beyond, making sure cancer doesn't stop young people from living their lives.
Adam bravely fought leukemia with the Teenage Cancer Trusts support. In 2007, Adam and Colin participated in the first Dumball rally, from the UK to Istanbul!
After meeting one of the Dumballs founders and learning about Adam's participation, Suzanne Koneful was inspired to shoot a documentary about his amazing Dumball experience. Despite being in a wheelchair, Adam was a big part of the rally, describing the Dumball as the best week of his life!
Cancer doesn't just devastate a young person's health. It threatens to take away everything they know about their identity, independence, and dreams.

The documentary was created to be shared as a representative tool for living life in the present moment. Demonstrating that whether you’re inside or outside the cancer world you can face your fears and live a life worthwhile; facing chaos head-on with humour and spirit regardless of your circumstances.

Thank you!
