JAMH provides quality care for mental health by offering counselling/therapy, signposting, wellbeing events and mental health training for the Greater Manchester Jewish community. Since 2020 we have helped over 700 people and over 35% of them are age 18 and under.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in the Tough Mudder to raise awareness for the charity JAMH, who do amazing work across all parts of the Jewish community in Manchester.
