Story

We lost our teammate Liam O'Connor in a tragic road accident in June. Liam was a credit to our club and a dear friend, we all deeply miss him.

Liam was a sublime rugby player, leading us to our first trophy in NMRFC history (pictured above). Because of this, we have chosen to complete this challenge as a team, on the day of the Rugby World Cup Final, the 28th of October.

We are raising money for Brake, Brake is a national road safety charity that cares for people bereaved and injured in road crashes and campaigns for safer roads for all. We'd like to encourage you to donate what you can to help us make the roads safer in memory of our friend Liam x
