We’re coming together with another Zumbathon® Charity Event to raise vital funds for Maggie’s Newcastle, celebrating strength, connection and hope as we dance side-by-side in a big ‘Party in Orange’ — so everyone’s invited to turn up bright and bold! Taking place on 04 July 2026 from 10:00–12:00 at the White Swan Centre in Killingworth, our goal is to bring the community together to support the incredible work Maggie’s does for people affected by cancer. Every donation, big or small, helps Maggie’s continue offering vital practical, emotional and social support to families when they need it most. Thank you for helping us make every step, shimmy and shake count for Maggie’s.

I was inspired to fundraise after my Mum, Belinda, received a diagnosis of Stage 2 Ovarian Cancer in November 2024 and received support from Maggie’s Newcastle. It was such a shock for me being told my Mum had cancer, and I wanted to do something to help make a difference. Maggie’s is unique in what they offer and I know how much my Mum loves their building, taking part in the activities they have and also meeting others going through a similar experience.
