Long Ducker is a festival of sporting events in which participants are sponsored to raise money for charity. In 2023, money raised will be divided between FirmFoundation (the main charity), The Harrow Club and the School's Shaftesbury Enterprise partners.

FirmFoundation are the main homeless charity based in Harrow. They work tirelessly to suppot Harrow's homeless by finding secure accommodation, whilst enabling their service users to find long-term housing and work. FirmFoundation undertake transformational work; our support will allow them to significantly increase their operations in the borough. Harrow has had a close link with FirmFoundation for a number of years and our fundraising has allowed them to significantly increase their operations - we are hopeful that Long Ducker 2023 will allow them to expand still further.

A quarter of the funding will go to The Harrow Club in W10 - working to provide some of the most vulnerable young people in London with accessible and high-quality opportunities that will enable them to maximise their life chances and enhance their personal development.

The final 25% will be given to Shaftesbury Enterprise partners such as local schools and charities to support the education of young people in the borough. This funding has allowed local organisations to set up libraries, transform their outside space and run enrichment courses for their young people - opportunities only possible through Long Ducker fundraising.

Through Shaftesbury Enterprise, many boys are involved in purposeful work with local community projects, this, combined with the Long Ducker fundraising, has a substantial effect on our local community.

Harrow Development Trust acts as the collecting point for Long Ducker proceeds and donations.
