A year to climb 80 UK classics for Mountain Rescue...

North East Wales Search and Rescue volunteers provide the Police, Ambulance Service and local communities of North East Wales with a highly competent search and rescue capability that can be deployed swiftly, safely and effectively 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.

As well as being available to help people, the team itself is kept very busy raising £30,000 per year to fund the day to day running of the team and keep us operational. NEWSAR does not receive any Government funding.

We (Aaron and Imo) are team members, and thought we would do something we love to fund another thing we love! We are aiming to climb the full book of Ken Wilson Classic Climbs in one year... The full list is 80 climbs (more than 1 a week!) scattered around the UK :)

It's a vital cause... wish us luck 😅
