Our objective is to provide relief and assistance of people in need in Ukraine and to Ukrainian citizens who have been displaced because of the war in Ukraine and have become refugees and have relocated to countries other than Ukraine for reasons of safety.

Story

Thank you for supporting and sponsoring our incredible team of runners and walkers, ranging in age from their early 30s to an amazing 89 years old, who are taking on the New Forest Marathon on 13 September 2026.

Every mile they complete helps us continue delivering life-saving humanitarian aid to the people of Ukraine. Your generosity enables us to cover the essential costs of transporting and distributing aid, ensuring that vital supplies reach those who need them most. Every donation, no matter the amount, makes a real difference and helps keep this lifeline moving. Thank you for your kindness and support.

Who We Are

New Forest for Ukraine is an entirely volunteer-led charity dedicated to providing humanitarian aid to those affected by the war in Ukraine. Since 2022, we have delivered hundreds of tonnes of humanitarian aid thanks to the generosity of our local community and supporters.

We collect, sort and dispatch essential items including food, toiletries, clothing, bedding, medical supplies, mobility equipment, generators and other much-needed humanitarian aid.

Working with 10 trusted and vetted partner organisations across Ukraine, we ensure every shipment reaches the communities where it is needed most—safely, efficiently and with maximum impact.

Although many of the items we send are donated, the cost of transporting and distributing this aid is significant. Every pound raised helps fund lorry transport and logistics, enabling us to continue delivering vital support to families, hospitals, care homes, orphanages, special needs schools, displaced people, the elderly, and those living close to the front line.
