I'm training to run the Tenby 10K for Paul Sartori in October 2025 in memory of my Mum, Gaynor. She hated running and would be laughing her socks off at me trying to run, but it's that giggle that'll keep me going! It's been 5 years since we lost her, so I'd love to raise £500 for the most amazing charity that I not only work for but who helped us through the darkest of times with Mum.

This event will support end-of-life care in Pembrokeshire by allowing Paul Sartori to provide free care at the point of need, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for those with life-limiting illness and their families. They offer hands-on nursing care, equipment loan, complementary therapy, and bereavement counselling, providing vital support across the county.
