For my birthday this year, I'm asking for support for the Drive Care Forward for Paul Sartori appeal!

I'm doing a 7-mile sponsored walk around Llys-y-Fran lake on 12th July with friends and colleagues to raise money for this community campaign.

We need to raise £40,000 to replace the charity's Equipment Loan Van which helps them continue delivering vital equipment to people across Pembrokeshire at end-of-life with a replacement Equipment Loan Van.

From hospital beds and mobility aids to drinking cups, the free equipment we deliver directly to patients and families every day helps people remain at home with their loved ones during end-of-life care.

The team urgently need support to continue this service which we know from personal experience is invaluable. We wouldn't have coped without the equipment and clinical support Paul Sartori gave us for Mam and the whole family 6 years ago.
