A year ago I faced something I never thought would happen. A physical attack on myself which sent me to a&e from the injuries.

In a matter of minutes everything changed, the calm life I was living turned in to fear. Fear of being on my own, fear of not feeling safe. Fear of what would happen next. Fear for my children's safety.

Following an arrest and 10months of court cases and crown prosecution a guilty verdict was given for assault to battery.

Calon DVS supported throughout and offered a service that I cannot thank enough or ever repay. They kept me and my family safe.
