On the 26th of September 2026, I and Sophie will be taking part in the Zip Lining challenge across Cardiff Stadium all to raise money and awareness for the Alzheimer's Society.

From having a close family member suffer from Vascular Dementia, it is so important more awareness is raised as well as donations for charities that support those who suffer as well as their family and friends.
