Dyslexia was something I struggled with growing up, having been diagnosed at 9 years. Now I see as a strength and part of myself.

The British Dyslexia Association gives support to the 10% which are dyslexic, as well as their families and beyond. The same kind of support I was had growing up.

I will be running the Great North Run on 8 September 2024, as a challenge to myself and to raise money for the work BDA do.
