Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I will be doing several challenges throughout this year. So far I am doing a running challenge. As a rounded 55 year old this 5k a day in January is definitely a challenge. After this there will be a swimming challenge .i am a new swimmer having only learned last February.

Also ile be doing several 10k events,a sprint triathlon, half marathon and other challenges not yet planned but it will be 12 challenges in 12 months.

In memory of Graham.

MAN MATTERS is a project run by a mental health charity, GASPED.

This is a charity for men 18+ that live in my home town of Wakefield.

I've been using the services of Man Matters for a couple of years now and this has greatly improved my life in that time.

Man Matters focuses on men going through or have gone through

Trauma ,domestic violence, sexual violence, narcissistic behaviour.

Graham was a devoted young man to his partner and children. Yet behind closed doors, he endured prolonged physical and mental abuse,which gradually wore him down. Eventually, he found support through Man Matters but sadly, the impact of the abuse became overwhelming and he ultimately took his own life.

The money raised will go to Man Matters so they can continue to provide the service on the one to one counciling service and the group sessions.
