Hi, we are Niall and Sofia, and this year we have decided to do something absolutely unhinged 🤪

We are competing in an Olympic distance triathlon 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️

That means a 1.5 km open water swim, a 40 km bike ride, and a 10 km run. Back to back. For fun. Apparently.

This is by far the biggest physical challenge either of us has ever taken on and honestly it is pretty terrifying 😅 We will be training throughout the year and sharing updates as we go, including the good days, the bad days, and the moments where we question every life choice that led us here.

We wanted to use this challenge as an opportunity to raise money for a cause that really matters to us ❤️ Bromley and Croydon Women’s Aid.

One in four women will experience domestic abuse in their lifetime. For over 40 years, Bromley & Croydon Women's Aid has provided safe, secure, high quality temporary accommodation and specialist support services to women escaping domestic abuse, along with early intervention, prevention and awareness campaigns.
