Please support Harris and I as we attempt an epic 4500 km cycling adventure. Our route will take us across the whole of Europe, from furthest southeast to northwest, riding from Istanbul all the way home to Ireland as we raise funds for MSF.

We will pass though 12 countries and 7 capital cities over 8 weeks. We will start beside the Bosphorus in the old city of Istanbul, and head northwest to the border of Bulgaria and Romania, where we will join the Danube. We will follow the Danube up through Serbia, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia and on into Austria. Once into southern Germany we plan to take the Rhine north, until we reach the Netherlands and the North Sea. We will then cycle across the UK and home to Ireland over the Irish Sea.

This will be a wonderful experience for both myself and Harris. Its a chance to see some of the most beautiful parts of Europe at a slower pace, and an opportunity to spend some time together on a shared adventure. At 16, this will be one hell of a challenge for Harris, but what an achievement it will be.

MSF provides emergency assistance to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics and natural or man-made disasters, without discrimination and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.

MSF works in over 70 countries and goes to the places where others cannot or choose not to go.
