£10k in 12 months - you in?

I have 12 months until I embark on one of the toughest things I’ve ever done, the @dragonsbackrace in Wales.

A 380km run over the mountainous spine of Wales in 6 days.

And now, I’m beginning my fundraising journey for two incredible charities along with it.

Personally, I heavily support both these charities' missions.

I've needed mental health support - and when I was in crisis, I was supported by a psychologist who recognised how much I needed it.

Even when I couldn’t fund the sessions.

He supported me - until I didn’t need support.

By fundraising for Mikeysline, I get to reciprocate that goodwill.

In the hope that the money raised gets to help others who may struggle.

I'm a parent and, like every other parent, can find it challenging.

However, I’m lucky to have a support network and two healthy kids.

I don’t have to worry about funding physio for my kids.

I don’t have to worry about finding special support for them either.

Having that stress on top of the challenges you face as a parent sounds terrifying.

Dream Believe Achieve helps parents in this situation by providing funding and grants for support and treatments that the NHS can’t provide.
