At the end of the month Nichola, Hayley and Lily will be participating in a charity walk for Bolton Hospice this is called 10 Miles 10 Pubs! This is their 10th anniversary.

I know what you are thinking..it's a pub crawl for charity & you would be right!! How hard could it be!

All the money raised goes directly to the charity (not to our beer funds)

Unfortunately at some point everyone needs teams like these consultant-led team of doctors, nurses and other professional staff provide expert care and support for people with terminal or life-limiting illnesses and their families, in the hospice and at home. They not only take care of patients' physical needs, they consider their emotional, spiritual and social needs too. And they support families and close friends, both during illness and in bereavement.

Let's face it it's an awful time to go through for both the family and the patient and these people help with the burden at that difficult time.

Any contributions would be very much appreciated.

(PS Lily will be starting the walk with us but then will be going to her friends party in the afternoon - I thought it would just be good for her to learn that it's nice to get together & raise money for charity)
