It's time to go public! I have been diagnosed with Prostrate Cancer and am receiving amazing care via the Maidstone NHS in the UK. With Hormone treatment giving me Hot Flushes [I now sympathise Ladies] and Radiotherapy an on going daily blast the consultant is confident of a CURE!! This was diagnosed early because of an annual PSA blood test which I insist on from my GP surgery. Very simple and is literally life saving. Please please please get every man you know over 50 to have a test.

I am undertaking this challenge, with two of my Granddaughters as back up, while going through treatment which will be difficult and prove that with a positive mindset most things in life can be achieved.
