To commemoratee what would have been Jim's 50th birthday I will be taking part in this years Headlight Hike into the Light. I'll be walking 10 miles from Cod Beck reservoir and onto part of the Cleveland Way route from 10:30pm-5:00am finishing as the sun comes up.

The Headlight Project aims to reduce the number of deaths by suicide in the Tees Valley, which has one of the highest regional rates in the country. We aim to achieve this by providing therapy to those bereaved by suicide, and delivering preventative education and training to schools, local businesses and the community.
