150,000 people live with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in the UK - a neurological condition that affects your nerves.

There are different types of MS, and everyone is affected differently.

There is no cure. But thanks to research, there are now many treatment options.

At the MS Society, we support people living with MS, and fund research to Stop MS.

2025 is the last year of our Stop MS Appeal. In 2013 we set out to raise £100m to fund research. We're nearly there. But with just months left to the end of the appeal, I'm raising as much as possible with the rest of the Executive Team at the MS Society.

We'll be taking part in multiple events and activities across 2025 and all over the UK. Walking, cycling, running, swimming, along roads, up mountains, across fields and more!

Each member of the Exec Team would like to raise at least £2,000.

As a team together we'd like to raise at least £10,000.

And as a whole community, we'd like to help us reach our Stop MS Appeal target by raising £100,000,000 by 31 December 2025!

And we won't stop until we've stopped MS.
