Story
We are a dedicated team of 11 colleagues, united in our mission to take on the NSPCC Dragon Boat Race 2025, celebrating Childhood Day 2025 on June 6th. Together, we are bringing NSPCC partners from across the UK to compete and raise vital funds for a cause that is close to our hearts. The NSPCC stands as the leading children's charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. We are grateful for the opportunity to help children who have been abused rebuild their lives, protect those at risk, and find effective ways to prevent abuse from ever happening.
Every child deserves the best possible chance to reclaim their childhood after experiencing trauma. That’s why we’re here – driven by a commitment to fight for every childhood as long as there’s abuse. We invite you to join us in this important endeavor by supporting our fundraising goal of £200. Your contribution will make a significant difference in the lives of vulnerable children and help us continue this essential work.
Together, let’s paddle towards a brighter future for every child.
The event takes place on the NSPCC’s Childhood Day – Friday 6 June 2025. Childhood day is our flagship day, where we come together to raise funds and awareness for children, playing our part to help keep them safe from abuse.
