Story
Greetings!
I am heading out to Zambia August-February to work for the above charity. I'll be supporting local trainee anaesthetists through teaching, research and quality improvement projects.
For some context, parts of Zambia have 1 physician anaesthetist per 500,000 population, whilst the WHO recommend 20 per 500,000 population. Supporting and growing this incredibly valuable workforce is fundamental to safe anaesthetic care in Zambia.
I would really appreciate your donation in order to help these vital anaesthetists complete their training and become leaders in Zambian healthcare. GADP is a small but mighty charity that runs off the free time of doctors and generous donations. Lets help it run for years to come.

I'll be attempting two rides in order to thoroughly enter the pain cave and justify your hard earned pounds.
1) June: "North Wales 300". 300km, 8000m ascent mountain bike route through north Wales/Snowdonia. Cheeky ascent up Snowdon half way around is an absurd route choice but if I get the timings right I will try and muddle up. This will take around 3 ish days I suspect! I plan to bivvy my way around on minimal sleep. Yeeha!

2) July: Lakeland 200. 200km, 6000m ascent Easily the most physically challenging mountain bike route in England. Lots of hike-a-bike make this another 3-4 day-er. Basically I have no clue how long!

Plan is to take a few videos along the way to show you how easy I'm finding it and how great the weather is ;) I expect these will go on instagram
