17 years ago I was involved in a biking accident and suffered serious facial injuries. Without the assistance of the 'Wales Air Ambulance' I was told I would not be here today to tell my story.

For this reason, I will be doing my very first Half Marathon in Cardiff next year. Please help us raise a minimum of £500 for this event taking my overall total raised for the WAA to £15,000.
