2025 gifted us a crucial piece of the puzzle we’ve been searching for with an ADHD diagnosis and specialist school placement for H. While we’re still waiting on the rest, one thing that really helped our journey a few years ago was incredible local charity Enfold. They give Autistic people a voice—offering family support, community groups, and training that breaks barriers and stereotypes. Their help carried us in a time of uncertainty, so we’re paying it forward the best way we know how: by running.

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ On 14 September Jack and I will tackle the Richmond Runfest Marathon—all 26.2 miles of it (gulp). My brain will definitely scream you can’t, but Jack’s already promised we’ll cross that finish line side by side.
