Kitsu Egerton, Seb Pasha and I will be participating in this years Dorney Lake Triathlon in June. Not only are we keen to take in this race for a personal challenge, but we also thought it would be a good opportunity to raise money for a good cause.

YPWD provides support services throughout the working week to people with dementia who are diagnosed under the age of 65. We support families from as early as in their 30’s, who never could have foreseen that they would be living with a progressive disease so early on in their lives. Our charity provides a safe and fun environment, reducing loneliness, promoting confidence, boosting mood and offering a helping hand to not just the person with dementia, but their loved ones who are coming to terms with the illness.
