Story
From March to September 2026, I’ll be taking on four epic endurance challenges to raise funds for #ANDYSMANCLUB, a men’s suicide prevention charity saving lives across the UK.
The Challenges
🏜️ Sahara Desert Trek (18 - 25 March)
5 full days trekking 100k across the world’s largest hot desert battling sand dunes in searing heat.
🏃 Man vs Moor (21 June)
A gruelling off-road race across Dartmoor’s rough, boggy and wild terrain testing stamina and mental grit.
⛰️ Ben Nevis at Night Trek (18 - 19 July)
Climbing the UK’s highest mountain... at night!
🏅 Ipswich Half Marathon (September)
A road race (100% not a runner!) through my hometown and closing out the 100 miles where it all started.
That’s 100 miles across desert, mountain, moor, and road.
Every challenge is 100% self-funded – so every penny you donate goes directly to #ANDYSMANCLUB.
The Road Ahead
Training has already begun and it’s already proving that the journey is never a straight line. In October I’ll undergo elbow surgery with 8+ weeks of rehab. It’s a setback, but there is zero chance I will give up.
I will keep pushing forward, step by step, because men’s mental health matters.
How You Can Help
Please support me on this journey by donating what you can. Every pound will help #ANDYSMANCLUB reach more men, open more doors, and save more lives.
Together, we can make these miles matter. 💙
