On the 4th of October, I will be taking part in the Longmynd Hike – a gruelling 24-hour 50 mile challenge over the South Shropshire hills, covering 8 iconic peeks of the Shropshire landscape with approximately 8,000 ft climb. It won’t be easy, but every step will be worth it raising funds for Dementia UK, a charity very close to our family’s heart. Their incredible work provides vital support to those living with dementia and their loved ones, offering guidance, care, and comfort through the toughest times.
