This April I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon in aid of Baby Umbrella.

Baby Umbrella is an amazing, award-winning charity providing free breastfeeding and early parenting support in Tonbridge and across West Kent.

When Josh was born in 2022 he struggled to feed, resulting in a week-long hospital stay and even ended up on a feeding tube. Thanks to the wonderful people at Baby Umbrella, we were able to get the support we needed to help us make the decisions which were right for us. It was the first time my wife Sarah had felt truly listened to, supported and reassured. This gave her the confidence she needed and allowed her to continue breastfeeding.

So we're both extremely grateful to Baby Umbrella. Sarah has since completed peer supporter training and volunteers with the charity when she can and I'd love to raise some money so they can continue to provide free, compassionate and evidence-based support for all families who need it.
