So..I'm cycling from London to Paris to support a very good cause, UNIQUE.

UNIQUE is a wonderful charity that supports individuals and families affected by rare chromosome disorders. By supporting me, together we will be contributing to UNIQUE's valuable work. www.rarechromo.org

Cycling around 100km a day as part of a team over over 40 cyclist (Three from Strata - go team!) for three days with the "We are Dior" team is no easy thing.

The event takes place in late July 2026.

(Here's the fun part, this is said in jest, disclaimer as I'm bound to cause some offence, that's just my style)

If you are reading this then you probably know me, in which case I know you...and lets face it most of you could do with banking some good Khama. So here's your chance, you make a small (or large) donation. I do the hard work, you get a nice warm feeling and rights to make fun out of me in my Lyra.

A pretty good deal considering the training required and demanding physical exercise on a bike seat that has less comfort properties than a Toblerone.

You may also be considering that my once sterling physique has possibly succumb to the effects of middle age, borderline disregard for healthy living and how this feat could possibly be accomplished...you'd be right to be curious on all counts.
