Alzheimer’s and Dementia are such a difficult condition to live with, watching family members suffer from dementia and seeing the impact it has on them and the lives surrounding them it is such a difficult thing to witness.

As someone with a disability who ran a virtual marathon for a charity close to my heart it’s time for me to do this journey again and help raise awareness and money to help those in need.

Please help as much as you can as this is such an important cause for all those affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia.
