Story
The London Marathon has been a bucket list challenge for me for as long as I can remember, and the opportunity to run and raise money for Young Lives vs Cancer makes it even more special.
On Sunday the 21st April 2024, I will be running the London Marathon in memory of my brother Sam who sadly passed away in 2009, aged 8.

Young Lives vs Cancer, formerly CLIC Sargent, are an amazing charity that support families who have young ones battling cancer, and quite frankly were amazing for us during Sam's battle.
I'll try to document the prep as much as possible, and of course support on the day will be much needed!
Any donations would be massively appreciated and thank you all in advance!
When a child is diagnosed with cancer life becomes full of fear, for them and their family. Fear of treatment, but also of families being torn apart, overwhelming money worries, of having nowhere to turn, no one to talk to.
At Young Lives vs Cancer, we help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. We’ll face it all together – but we can’t do it without you.
